SCHOOL IS DONE!

I can not believe that school is already over! The semester seriously went by so fast. And I feel like I did pretty well on my last two finals. The written final for English was long and I was so tired. I stayed up until 3 this morning and then fell asleep and was awakened by my alarm at 3:30 so I decided I better go to bed and finish the rest of the final in the morning. The plan was to wake up at 7:30 but I let the alarm go on snooze until 9:30 and then worked on my paper half asleep. I'm pretty sure it sounded fine, and that professor likes me-- I think so I should be fine.

Ecology... let me tell you one of my answers. And yes- you get to enjoy this stuff that you might not understand. The question was plot a phase plane diagram of the predator prey model. The perch have a carrying capacity of 30,000 with an intrinsic growth rate of 0.8 while the walleyes have a growth rate of 0.002, a conversion rate of 0.04 and a death rate of 1.4. Calculate the final population and the results. So I said:
The perch will continue to increase in population until it reaches carrying capacity which means it can grow at a rate of 0.8, 13,750 more times until it reaches a carrying capacity of 30,000. However, the walleye population will decrease because the combined growth and conversion rates are less than the death rate which means the walleyes will be dying faster. The perch will exclude the walleyes.
----- I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SAYING.
I did some kind of random calculations and division and slapped something down in my brain that made sense but was probably against all the rules of predator prey dynamics. And I drew two different graphs hoping to get some kind of credit. Just glad it's over with is all I can say.

I've already checked in online for my flight and printed out my itinerary, made my packing list and my wish list, as well as things I need to buy the day after I get home that I don't have. I seriously can't believe it is Christmas and I'm going home. When I was kid it seemed like Christmas took forever to get here, but now the year just flies by. It's kind of sad.
