I haven't blogged in a while, but trust me you really didn't miss anything.
I've been busy studying for my two upcoming tests this next week. They got pushed back and extended and I'm so grateful for that!! It is torture to try and study for two big tests at the same time. Plus it's given me a week in advance to jump start studying but tonight and tomorrow will really be the days!
For my Philosophy of Service project I am making a collage of pictures that show how service changes the world. I considered a lot of different avenues, A LOT. But I finally landed on this. I really didn't have the time to put into something big, and drawing Martin Luther King, Jr. is not one of my fortes.
In SHA choir yesterday we sang for the Special Speaker series. Lloyd K. Newell from Music and the Spoken Word, who is also a professor here at BYU, spoke to us about the honor code and being people of character and shared with us the newest Mormon Tabernacle Choir music video. Click here to watch it!
I am constantly thanking my Heavenly Father for the opportunity I have to be here at BYU and to learn from wonderful Professors who are inspired and who have been approved by Prophets and Apostles of the Lord. This is indeed, a very unique University.

You are a Precious Young Woman Jessica, I hope you know that!!!
Your mom and I had the best time together a couple of weeks ago when she was on vacation. I took her to the Temple and out to lunch for her B-day. We had so much fun. Sometimes you just have to talk to your girlfriend to hash things out and somehow it seems all better!! :)
