The Chemistry of a Disciple

In high school, I was a Chemistry fan.
Last Fall Semester, I was a Chemistry drop out.
This Fall I am again, a Chemistry fan.

Will the cycle continue? I doubt it. For some reason, whether it is because I haven't had classes this Spring Summer or if it's just my outlook on things, I am having a GREAT semester.
I know, it's just started but if the first week says anything about the rest of the semester, it will be a good one. One of the things that I really want to focus on this semester is incorporating the Lord into my studies and into my life. He's always been a part of my life, but I want to make a conscious effort of including Heavenly Father in everything I do. Whether it is beginning my Chemistry homework, studying plants for Field Botany, I want the Spirit to be an integral part of my learning.

So if you are in school, as I am, or even if you aren't think about these questions:

How can I make time for the Lord?
Are the things that I spend my time doing encouraging me to develop the habit of life long learning and service?
Is my testimony of the Savior Jesus Christ growing from my experiences?
Am I serving to bring others closer to Christ?
Am I doing all that I can to maintain a positive attitude?
Will my efforts to become a better disciple of Christ last beyond this semester?

I'll be trying to focus on one of these questions each month. I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing :)
