So "HOLY SMOKES" for those of you who know... not the event, we are using it as a codename now. Anyway.. HOLY SMOKES is still on the list. The "magic list" as a friend calls it.
But now. Let me reveal my inner thoughts.
Some guys, I just want to be friends with. I feel comfortable telling them things and we can discuss stuff like I can't do with other guys. So we're friends, and I would like to keep it that way.
These guys that I consider friends but I don't want to date; they are nice, yes the "nice guys" but I don't want to date you because either:
1. I am not physically attracted to you
2. You have some kind of ailment that just does not sit well with me
or
3. You just aren't my type.
So don't be offended if I decline your offer to dinner or to go on a date. I would rather say no than cross that line of friendship. Plus, I wouldn't want to lead you on like that. That's how I work. Things may be awkward but who is the one who tried to cross the borders into dating when obviously friendship was only wanted. If I like you... well you'll just have to figure out if I do or not. If I don't like you, then expect a rejection or a tender but firm, "I'm not interested".
This girl doesn't beat around the bush, and that's what this post is about.

Way to be honest! That's good of you not to try to get a free dinner out of a guy!
