WARNING!

This post will be full of random thoughts, unordered lists, incomplete sentences, and pictures....

I am bringing my flute back to Provo in June and I can not wait to play it again. I haven't really realized how much I missed it. Now I can take advantage of the Practice rooms in the HFAC!

My cousin Emily is out at BYU-I and I am thinking about paying her a visit one weekend. Sometime during Spring/Summer.

I miss everyone in Winchester Ward. My mom's friends are my friends. It's weird, I mean I'm not as close to them as she is, but I still consider them friends.

I ran out of greeting cards so I haven't gotten to write anybody in a while. I love sitting down and just writing the people who played a big part in my life.

I haven't seen my Grandma or Aunt since Christmas. It's a sad thing, but that's what you get for not living at home.

I work two jobs, one at 5AM and my REAL job from whenever to whenever (as long as it's 4 hours).

Here's the crew at The International Buffet for lunch during Reading Day

I practiced the piano for 1 hr and 12 minutes this morning. I've been told to practice for at least 3 hours a week but I exceed that amount in two days. When I start learning something I become addicted. I think that's how I got so far with the flute. When kids practiced 20 minutes I practiced an hour.

Things are beginning to pick up with Y-Days and we're excited. I asked for 200 Booth Committee Members so if you read this, go to yserve.byu.edu and sign up for something!! We need your help and a booth committee member only requires an hour of your time!!

I am thinking about possibly majoring in Computer Science BUT I suck at math.. I really like the HTML part but they don't have a major that is just about HTML, or do they and I just don't know where to find it? But I really want to teach because I love education and I love being with people. Sitting at a computer for a couple of hours is not appealing to me.. or to my eyes.

I love Literature. I was talking with one of my friends about someone else and how they love Literature and it made me miss Poetry. I always loved Shakespeare and Poe in High School. So this weekend at the library I picked up a large book of Edgar Allan Poe's tales and poems. This will keep me busy for a while. I am reading the Freedom Writer's Diary on top of that. So I want to get through that book before I start fully concentrating on Poe. Right now the first tale is the Adventure of One Hans Pfall. Poe is such an interesting author, I love his stuff.

My cousins are my best friends all however many 100 or so I have of them.

I want to read the Book of Mormon all the way through again this Spring/Summer.

I need to have more patience with others and in my own life.

I still need to buy the stand and adapter for the keyboard.

My Mom still doesn't understand that her computer won't work because she needs a new hard drive, or better yet a whole system. She doesn't have a virus, her computer is just old. Every three years they are about ready for an upgrade.

My name is Jessica Lee Helms and I was born on May 1, that means my birthday is this Friday.

I still remember your 8th birthday as if it were yesterday. Your Mom was busy getting everything done for you so it would be perfect. We were all so excited for you, it was really special. It was a sad and happy time, as I know she was thinking of your Dad as well. She so loves you. The little girl with fair skin and dark hair and eyes. I used to call you the Gerber Baby as you looked just like the little baby on the baby food jars, and yes you were are are still adorable!!
