Finals are over with, school is done and won't be back in session until August!!
Pure freedom. other than the 5 AM job which requires me to wake up at 4 in the morning.. I will be working until 1:00 each day. I have two jobs so don't think the 5 AM one is that long. I would probably shoot myself.
I start Piano lessons tomorrow and I'm really excited. I put batteries in my keyboard and I played a few notes here and there. I can play the melody line of some things by ear, that is due to playing the flute for so long. Which good news! I will be bringing my flute home (here to Provo) after I go home (Alabama). Little Armstrong will be back with his Mommy. He's been in that box for so long poor thing. He needs some exercise. I'll make sure we see to that :)
So this Spring/Summer will be full of work, music, and service. Three of my favorite things!
Update on Y-Days, I have heard back from all of the Programs except Service Dates.. I wonder why they haven't replied.. Anyway, every one said they are willing to help so I'll have good news to take back to the gang on Friday morning for the meeting. Which reminds me, I need to get a calendar of some sort. I have to keep a schedule now and it won't be of just tests and quiz deadlines. Hallelujah!
I ran into my friend from last Summer on the way walking home and she stopped by to talk for a while since I didn't want to stand in the blazing sun and incur a sunburn. I just received a farmer's tan from this afternoon. I think they are pretty cool, of course, the boys who work on the farms or outside back at home look really good with Farmer's tans. Sorry if that made you a little sick.. hahah You know you love it!
I got a letter from my friend who's on a mission in Russia right now and I e-mailed him back. We grew up together and we didn't really talk after I moved from Hazel Green so it's good to hear from him. It's weird when guys go on missions, it's like they aren't alive but they are... We just don't see them since they are on the other side of the world. That's what I tell my cousins, I'm glad to know you're alive.
Well I guess I bored you to tears.
