One Down, Two to Go...

The title can have more than one meaning. One day down and two to go until I go home, or what it really means... One exam down and two more to go. I took my Book of Mormon final this morning and did really well on it. I passed with an A in the class so I'm really excited!! I hope that the studying I'm doing for Geology will pay off. The tests in that class are just so different, I don't ever know whether I need to study notes or the book.

I'm so ready to go home!! Can I say one thing? I really don't like the snow!! Yes, it's pretty when it comes down and makes it feel like Christmas but it makes the ground icy, everything is cold... I'm used to having no snow and cold temperatures, personally I like that a lot better. The mountains are pretty I guess, just big mounds of Earth with white snow on it.

Yesterday we went to my roommate's great Aunt and Uncle's house for Lunch/Dinner. It was really nice. I always love it when people invite college students over that they don't really know. It's hospitable and a treat for us that have no money or food!! After we got back home we exchanged presents that we had bought for each other in the apartment. My roommate Megan gave me this really pretty gold/brown colored necklace and earring set. I had Steph's name for Christmas so I got her some candy and candles, fingernail polish and gum... It was a really fun day until I had to get back in the studying mood.

Well, I guess that's really all that has been going on. I guess I need to take pictures of the snow before I head home so y'all can see it.
I have to get back to studying Geology now.

Holla!

Your moma is so excited to have you home. I saw her at the Christmas Festival every night as I was working as a hostess and she was singing. It was really good and had more people than we ever did. But she lit up like a Christmas tree when she said you were coming home! good luck on the finals, I am sure you will do well. Janice is headed back to Utah tomorrow or the next day.
