I'm Trying out!!

So I decided last night that I'm going to try out for American Idol next Summer if they come to Salt Lake City.
Aren't you so excited!?

The only problem is, I've considered it before but I have no idea what I will sing for auditions! Me and my friend talked about it last night and we kind of said Love Song... but I'm not feelin it totally, I don't even know all the words. Then I thought about Listen by Beyonce. I can sing the song but in no way like her. I'm kind of leaning toward Breathe by Faith Hill right now.. but who knows. It's like Annette said, I've got until next Summer to pick a song. The choice now is, what to pick. So if you have any suggestions, I'd kindly suggest that you comment and tell me what you think I should sing. It can't be too modern, and it can't be too high. But I'd appreciate your input!
