I forgot.

Somehow, I forgot how to put music on my blog.  If anyone wants to enlighten me on the process it would be greatly appreciated.

Now let's cut to the chase.  I love Christmas. I love everything about it, the smells, the festivities, food, music, carolers, EVERYTHING!  How can you not love Christmas, and better yet, how can you not love getting in the Christmas spirit before Thanksgiving?  Is there a rule written somewhere in the book of Holidays that says thou shalt not listen to Christmas music before Thanksgiving?  I think not.  I listened to Christmas music in August.  I know, I'm a freak you didn't have to rub it in my face.  I'm so excited to come home for Christmas though.  I think it's 37 days now??
Me and my friend went to Pier One last night and I wanted to buy everything in the store to take back home with me for gifts.  I love giving more than getting.  First off because if you know what the person likes it is so much fun! If the person buying something for you just wants to give you something without any thought, the chances are most likely it is a piece of crap and you will either end up regifting it or throwing it away, or selling it in  a yard sale.  Believe me, we've done it at my house before.

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving too.  I think the plans are to go to my cousin Diane's house in Murray/Sandy and eat a good dinner and then go to the movies after that.  She said it's their tradition and since there are so many cousins out here now she wants us all to come to her house for a get together.  So I'm pretty excited for that.

Last week a woman that served in the YW Presidency two years before I left emailed me and wanted to get together this week.  She wants to take me and my roommate out to dinner so we chose Cafe Rio.  We are so excited! I love seeing people from back home and hearing what they are up to.

Well I think that's about it for tonight, I'll try to think of an exciting topic while I let this post marinate in your brains.   You like my word marinate?? I'm all about the food :)

I cannot express to you in words how wrong it is to listen to Christmas music before December, much less before Thanksgiving! I'm going to pretend that I didn't read the words "I was listening to Christmas music in August." Does there need to be a law forbidding Christmas music before Thanksgiving? There isn't a law telling you don't eat a mayonnaise and jelly sandwich, but you don't do it because it's just wrong! All you're doing is getting your hopes up for something that's not coming for a while. You'll drive yourself crazy celebrating Christmas too far in advance. I'm disappointed in you...

That's Horrible!
The Christmas preview is tonight at the bookstore! It's time Jonathan! Get ready for it, it will be here sooner than you think. Stop being a Scrooge and get into the Christmas spirit!
