A lovely day...

Today was a lovely day to be in the neighborhood.
We had Fast and Testimony meeting in our ward today, and we were actually all together in our ward for the first time. The past couple of Sundays we've been combined with wards from our Stake and had to meet at a different branch and then we had Stake Conference last Sunday which was AWESOME! We got to hear Elder Marlin K. Jensen, President Boyd K. Packer, and President Uchtdorf speak. It was a great experience.

Last night was Becca's Party, it was pretty fun. There were chips and cake, but I'm disappointed because I left before I got to eat cake. But it was fun because I got to reunite with my friends from Wyview. I'm glad I came summer term though, it helps to have friends already once you start Fall Semester. After Becca's party I came home and got Wendy (one of my roommates) to go with me to the parties up on campus. We stayed there for a while, danced a danced, and then traveled on to the Mexican Party where we found we couldn't get in so we just looked like dorks walking around from side to side trying to see how we could be admitted.


The weekend went by so fast though! It doesn't seem fair to only have two days and a night to do stuff. But tomorrow it's back to the same ole schedule. Well I'm out! Holla!
